First wash: Dry Clean
Handwash separately with soft/ wool detergents.
Do not use a brush.
For logivity of colours and lusture, fewer washes are recommended.

About the Craft

Ikat is a beautiful textile art made up of complicated patterns that are formed by tie-dye experts and weavers. This Ikat art form is especially common between India and Indonesia. 

To create some stunning Ikat masterpieces the individual yarns or bundles of yarns with a tight wrapping are applied in the desired pattern for dyeing. The Ikat weave is very sharp and it is inspired by geometric patterns to abstract designs. 

Ikat is good-looking and the most beautiful fabric. It has 3 different styles namely Warp Ikat, Weft Ikat, and Double Ikat.
