Order Cancellation

Order can be cancelled in the first 24 hours from the time of placing the order. 10% of the invoice amount will be levied as cancellation fees. A Gift Card equivalent to the transaction value (minus cancellation charges) will be issued to you within 7 working days, which can be used for future purchases within next 6 months from the date transaction. No cancellation will be supported once the order is processed.

Returns

If you receive an incorrect product, you will be able to return it. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please retain the original packaging. You must contact us within 72 hours from the date of receiving the product.
Custom products cannot be returned. Upon authorization of your return request, you can send the products back to our regsitered address. For shipments in India, for return shipment of incorrect products, standard shipping charges will be reimbursed to you.

Refund

Incorrect products or products damaged during transit are elible for Refund. Write to us within 72 hours from the date of receiving the package. Your email should mention your order number and the issue (receipt of incorrect/ damaged product(s) and clear pictures of the product(s) and the original packaging) Incorrect Product(s): Please send across the product(s) back to us. Product(s) should be unused and in original condition. On receipt and inspection of the product, your refund request including the standard return shipping charges will be initiated. Damaged Product(s): Upon inspection, our team will decide on approval of your request; if our team is satisfied, we will initiate the refund request. Status of your request will be communicated to you over email.
In case of refund, full refund will be issued to your original method of payment withing 7 working days from the date of initiation.
