Billing Payment shall mean and include any transaction wherein the money for the items purchased and the same is paid through the (i)https://craftribute.com/payment which is authorised Payment Gateway Facility or (ii) the buyer (if permitted by specific vendor/seller) has opted to deposit the Transaction money in his bank account and/or deposit transaction money by way of cash, cheque, demand draft or any other mode of payment into Craftribute's bank account and such payment towards the Transaction is credited to the bank account of the Craftribute within [3] days from the date of booking / purchase of any item listed on https://Craftribute.com
Delivery towards payment shall mean a Transaction where the Purchaser shall only make payment through NEFT/RTGS/UPI and/or any other online transactions and Cash on Delivery. The Craftribute Art & Decor in its sole discretion and without notice, reserves the right to add or withdraw the cities in which such option may be available. Cash on Delivery facility shall not be available for delivery of products outside India
Delivery / Delivered shall mean physical distribution of the items to the customer (for which a Transaction Price has been paid by the Customer by online Payment towards the necessary Bills or the consumer has opted for Cash on Delivery, or such other mode of payment approved by the Craftribute) by the supplier through a reputed courier service or by the Logistics Partner at the address communicated by the buyer on https://Craftribute.com.
In Transit/ Dispatched all mean that the goods/products (for which a Price has been paid by the consumer towards the appropriate Billing or the consumer has opted for Payment on Delivery, or such other mode of payment approved by the Craftribute.com) have been dispatched by the supplier through a reputed courier service or by the Logistics Partner at the address communicated by the buyer on https://Craftribute.com.
Information implies any private and/or confidential and/or personally identifiable information or other information provided to the https://Craftribute.com or other Users of https://Craftribute.com at the time of registration, buying or listing process or through any email feature and shall include without limitation your name, email address, billing/shipping address, phone number and banking / financial information.
Transaction means every electronically generated valid purchase order placed by the Buyer for purchasing the items listed by the Seller on https://Craftribute.com. Valid Card means any valid credit card/ valid debit card/ valid cash card or any other card of whatsoever nature issued by Visa or MasterCard and/or by any Issuing Bank or any institution designated to issue such cards and lawfully owned by the User of the card at the time of the Transaction as well as at the time of Refund, if any.
Authorised Payment Gateway facility means the automated electronic payment or collection and remittance facility provided by the com to Consumers and Suppliers to facilitate purchase and sale of items as well as making payments there for on https://Craftribute.com directly through banks or financial institution infrastructure or indirectly through payment gateway facility providers or through any such facility authorized by the Reserve Bank of India to provide enabling support facility for collection and remittance of payment. [Currently, RazorPay, authorised Payment Gateway Facility supports online bank transfers from the banks that are available while selecting the Prepay mode as the payment method. The Craftribute may add or remove or suspend any one or more banks directly or through any payment gateway facilitators, and such change shall come into effect upon the same being posted on https://Craftribute.com.]
Issuing Bank in respect of a buyer, means any bank that has issued a Valid Card (credit/ debit/ cash card) to the buyer or the branch of a bank which maintains a valid Bank Account in the name of buyer; with which the buyer makes payment of the Transaction Price. [Currently, RazorPay, authorised Payment Gateway Facility supports online bank transfers from the banks that are available while selecting prepay as the payment method. The Company may add or remove or suspend any one or more banks directly or through any payment gateway facilitators, and such change shall come into effect upon the same being posted on https://Craftribute.com.]
Dispatch Details means the true, accurate and valid data, information, details or documents as specified by the Company from time to time, which the seller/ Logistics Partner is obligated to provide to the Company as proof that the item has been Dispatched and/or Delivered, as the case maybe.
Article 1 - Website Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in Indian including your state or province of residence, and/or that you are the age of majority in your country and/or state or province of residence and you have given us your full consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. The vender should give finish points of interest of the Seller Bank Account as a piece of the http://Craftribute.com approved Payment Gateway Seller Registration or at a later date in lieu of or notwithstanding the first Seller's Bank Account. Purchaser Registration: Other than being a User, there is no different enrollment prerequisite for purchasers. http://Craftribute.com approved Payment Gateway office is accessible to Buyers who hold a Valid Card or Valid Bank Account. Electronic Communication: You consent to keep yourself updated with all information, data, information and communication relating to you made accessible on http://Craftribute.com. You further agree that your use of http://Craftribute.com or provision of any data or information including any correspondence (by email or otherwise) to or by the Company is through electronic records and you consent to receive communication from the Craftribute.com via electronic records which shall be deemed acceptable service of notice/ electronic record.

- Any misuse of the https://Craftribute.com authorised payment gateway facility;
- The https://Craftribute.com is unable to verify or authenticate any information provided by you;
- The https://Craftribute.com believes that your actions may cause legal liability to the https://Craftribute.com, other Users or yourself.
- No actions, omissions or decisions taken by the https://Craftribute.com shall waive any rights or claims that the https://Craftribute.com may have against the User.
- No actions, omissions or decisions taken by the https://Craftribute.com shall waive any rights or claims that the Company may have against the User.
- Any User that may have been suspended or blocked may not register or attempt to register with https://Craftribute.com or use https://Craftribute.com in any manner whatsoever until such time that such User is reinstated by the Company.
- Notwithstanding the above, if you breach the User Agreement or the rules and policies and other documents incorporated therein by reference, the Company reserves the right to recover any amounts due and owed by you to the Company and to take strict legal action including but not limited to referral to the appropriate police or other authorities for initiating criminal or other proceedings against me.
Article 19 – Dispute Resolution System
In case of any grievance, objection or complaint on your part with respect to the Website, other Users, https://Craftribute.com authorised payment gateway facility or the Craftribute, including any complaints or enquiry about suspension, termination or blocking of your membership or right to use https://Craftribute.com, you should promptly raise such grievance or complaint with the designated Grievance Officer at sales@craftribute.com and provide him with all necessary information and/or documents to enable the Craftribute / Grievance Officer to resolve the issue.
