Thank you for visiting and shopping at Craftribute. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Coverage

Shipping is limited to the postal codes supported by courier partners. At present, shipments within India can be booked from the web store. However, if you wish to receive the shipment outside INdia, please get in touch with us and we will make it happen.

Shipping Timeline

Order will be shipped in 2 working days once the payment is received. If there are any delays in the shipment, due to exceptional situations, customers will be informed about the same.

Shipping Method

All orders will be shipped through ‘Standard shipping’. It may take 5-7 working days to deliver the shipment depending on the shipping address. Service providers details and tracking number will be intimated over registered email ID once the consignment is shipped.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges of Rs. 150 will be applicable on all orders except special categories such as delicate or extra heavy categories such as Tumba Lamps or Dhokra Products. Corresponding Shipping charges will be indicated on the 'Shipping' Page.

Complaints about Shipment

If the packaging is tampered or there is any damage to products during shipment, customers are advised to take clear photos of the packaging as well as the product wherein the damage can be clearly seen and write to sales@craftribute.com within 72 hours from the date of receiving the parcel. Customer support team will assist you with the redressal.

Self Pick up

Customers can pick the order up from the Craftribute Office in Thane, Maharashtra, India within 3 working days between 10 am - 7 pm with prior confirmation. There are no charges for self pick up. For further clarifications, feel free to write us at sales@craftribute.com.
