Products

Are the artefacts and accessories hand painted or printed?

All products promoted by Craftribute are authentic and sourced responsibly from the grass root artisans engaged in traditional crafts. We do not propagate prints.

There is slight variation in the product I've received and the photo shown on the website.

All products promoted by us are handcrafted; that means, each product is made individually. Hence may have slight variation in size, colour, and design.

Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We would be glad to hear from you! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback.
We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship within India. However shipping to any corner of the world is absolutely possible. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please Contact Us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 5-7 working days. In exceptional situations, if the normal timelines are being stretched, we will keep you informed.

Can you provide me with a tracking number?

Tracking number will be emailed to the customer in 24 hours from the time of shipment.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, you will be able to return a product.
Custom ordered products cannot be returned. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for further details

How long will it take to receive my refund?

I've entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, if your order has already entered the shipping process, we may not be able to stop it.
For returned shipments due to wrong/ incomplete address, customer will be charged for return shipment + Fresh shipment charges to the correct address.
No refund will be processed for non delivery of a shipment due to incomplete or wrong shipping address provided by customer.
