Shipping

Shipping is limited to the postal codes supported by courier partners. Postal codes not supported will be highlighted on the portal.

Order will be shipped once the invoice amount is credited into Craftribute bank account. This will take 2-3 working days from the date of payment. If there are any delays due to exceptional situations, customers will be informed about the same.

Shipping Method:

All orders will be shipped through ‘Standard shipping’. It may take 3-7 working days to deliver the shipment depending on the location. Standard shipping charges of Rs. 150 will be applicable on all orders except ‘Self Pick Up’ orders.
Service providers details and tracking number will be intimated over registered email ID once the consignment is shipped.

Complaints about Shipment:

If the packaging is tampered or there is any damage to products during shipment, customers are advised to take clear photos of the packaging as well as the product wherein the damage can be clearly seen and write to sales@craftribute.com. Customer support team will assist you with the redressal.

Self Pick up
Customers can pick the order up from the Craftribute Office in Thane, Maharashtra, India within 3 working days between 10 am - 7 pm with prior confirmation. There are no charges for self pick up.
