This hand crafted Tissue Box with beautiful Chinar leaves has been hand painted by skilled artisans (known as Naqash) from the valley of Kashmir! 3D/ embossing technique is unique to this craft and only a skilled artisan is able to pull of such an intricate design with a great finish!
Chinar is considered auspicious in Kashmir and cutting it is a sacrilege! No wonder, Chinar tree is one of the most common motifs used in traditional Naqashi.
